RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment - recruit DL, IDL and staff to support Beihai operations.
Employee Retention
HRIS and attendance
Labor law compliance, handling social insurance
Employee relation, like communication plan, exit interview, induction, orientation and activity organization.
Separation management, like termination.
Compensation and benefit
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor or Master degree
At least 6 years working experience in HR
Familiar with each HR modules
Selection skills for recruitment
Good communication and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure
Maintain harmony and positive attitude with people from different level and cooperate well with them.
