**
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
**
1. General office administrative support,such as transportation arrangement,maintain office equipments&supplies and process purchase orders etc.
**
2. Coordinate shipment of test products, equipment and meterials for the Lab.
3. Oversee inventory of test products.
**
4. Maintain schedule, files, paperwork, and other admin support the directors and managers, like meeting and appointment arrangement, meeting minute etc.
**
5. Receive visitors and transfer incoming calls.
**
6. Support document translation when needed.
**
7. Perform other duties, as assigned by the management.
**
QUALIFICATIONS:
**
1. Associate degree or above.
**
2. Strong communication/interpersonal skills,good team player.
**
3. Three years experience in Admin or Assistant.
**
4. Proven skills with MS Office Applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, Explorer.
**
5. Experience working with other cultures helpful.
**
6. Fluent English is preferred.
