Qualification: 1. At least eight years working experience as a HR manager in Hi-Tech Industry or manufactures,if in R&D center is preferred. 2. Familiar with China labor laws or related rules. 3. Know well of different recruit channels and can meet company recruitment target very well. 4.Very good communication skills , a kind person ,and a good team worker, ability to influence the team with positive culture, attitude, passion, etc. 5. Fast learner, wide interests, willing to take more tasks assigned by top management 6. Bachelor , Major in Human Resource Management at University or hold National HR management Professional Certificate(Grade Two or above), with fluent English skills both in writing and speaking.
Job desc: 1、Improve and implement company recruitment plans , develop more channels to assure the recruit plan finish on schedule. 2. Make Human resource development plan or training plan at company level ,keep improving staffs' attitude or ability to meet company needs. 3. Improve current company Performance Assessment system and C&B system. 4. Update timely the China labor laws or regulations, keep good relationship with staffs and provide proposals to top management on how to handle the new laws or regulations to keep company in compliance with them with cost/budget control considerations. 5. Keep monthly HR& ADM report to top management ,manage and control HR& ADM budget. 6. Responsible for company administration work as well. 7.
