职位描述: Duties and Responsibilities: 1.To act as interface with HQ HR and Business Unit to make sure the daily HR related affairs to be followed up and implementation of HR strategy. 2. To handle the staffing process and achieve recruitment objectives effectively; 3.To coordinate the performance appraise and merit review activities; 4.To influence and nurture the development of a performance culture. 5.Follow up other assigned tasks. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree majored in business/human resources/admininstration management; 2.3-4 years relevant working experience.Familiar with Labor Law and local government labor regulations; 3.Good communication skills,team work spirit and service sence; 4.Good computer skills,familiar with Excel,Word and related HR software; 5.Fluent English and Mandarin,both oral and written.
